Black and ivory boater hat with small percher style crown. Made with a ramie straw crown in black and ivory sinamay brim, finished with large fun polka dots embroidered on with purposeful bold stitching in metallic threads.
Attaches to the head with an elastic that runs under the hair at the back of the head.
