Beverley started her career with work experience at Angels the Costumiers, this experience prompted her first foray into millinery, where she has over the past 17 years carved herself a successful career in millinery.
Beverley has also designed and made headwear for brands such as Gieves and Hawkes and James Purdey and Sons and has worked closely with Royal Ascot featuring in their style guides multiple times and in their Millinery Collective.
Beverley and her team design and create for individuals, as well as producing wholesale collections which have been stocked in everywhere from small independent boutiques to Fenwicks of Bond Street.
More recently she had been returning to her roots in costume, creating pieces, restoring hats and undertaking fittings for principles in productions such as BBC period drama Call The Midwife and Sky’s Arthurs Whiskey film, working closely with costume designers and assistants.
Beverley has also undertaken further costume millinery training under theatrical milliner Sean Barrett.
