This business planning workshop as part of London Hat Week will focus your mind on how to work out your business goals and how to go about attaining your goals and breaking down the steps to get you achieving in your business into an action plan.

The goal of these sessions is to get Milliners focused on the business of millinery, looking at their goals and marketing plan to help make money from millinery.

Working in a group with group input we will create a plan of action. Discovering the blocks stopping you from creating the business that you desire.

Making money from millinery is hard but it is 100% possible for anyone to build the business that they desire from millinery, as long as they are dedicated and hard working and work smart, balancing the creative with business. There are a lot of talented milliners out there struggling to get there creativity to pay, but with the right mindset and plans in place anything is possible!

The session will be spent working out your goals for the next 90 days as part of the bigger picture of your business goals and breaking down all the actions that need to be taken to achieve these goals and move you forward in your business, from marketing to building collection during the session you will build a plan that will keep you accountable and moving forwards.

Beverley Has spent 13 years as a self employed full time milliner, over the last 5 years Beverley has been using her experience to develop the Milliners Planner to help Milliners reach their goals, and works 1-2-1 with milliners offering mentoring and support through her making Money from Millinery Programme and facebook group
